- BEEF...................Marinated Prime Pasture fed Beef served with gravy.

           Two Mustards and Horseradish Relish

 

- LAMB.................Sprigged with Rosemary and Garlic Served with Mint Jelly

 

- PORK.................Rolled Loin of Pork, seasoned with dried Apricots or a seasoning of your

          own choice. Served with crunchy crackling & apple sauce

 

ALL MAINCOURSE INCLUDE:

- Buttered French bread sticks

- Potatoes in foil served with sour cream & chopped  chives

- Gravy and Condiments

- China plates, stainless steel cutlery & serviettes

·       PLEASE NOTE:- If personalised menu’s are required or number of guests are lower than the minimum required, alterations to current SET  MENU’S can be accommodated, but prices are subject to change.

  FOR YOUR STAFF REQUIREMENTS— Chef to prepare and cook—$120.00 for 4 hours (includes all equipment)

  Waiting Staff for food service- $80.00 for 4 hours per waiting staff.
