FOR YOUR STAFF REQUIREMENTS:- A Chef to prepare and cook—$140.00 (includes all equipment) Spit Roast with two courses or main course only with 45 or more guests, one food service waiting staff will be necessary to clear & clean. Waiting Staff rate for food service only - $80.00 for 4 hours per waiting staff.
Travel time charges will also be applicable for some suburbs.
