Scott, has been in the food and meat industry over 35 years. With his catering business, Scott still likes to work the old fashioned way, by serving his clients only the freshest food cooked daily on site.
Scott chooses the best meat and all cuts are boned and prepared by Scott. By specialising in Wheel n Roast Spits, our chefs arrive on site 4 hours prior to service time, giving your meat time enough to cook to perfection, whilst preparing the rest of your menu. Luke was born into working with his father in the family Catering business. Since the age of 12, having done his 'apprenticeship' he went fulltime after completing VCE, whilst he still studies opera singing as a baritone. So whether it be a Spit Roast for 50, Finger food for 250, a BBQ for 1000, or working the pass for Friday Lunch Steakhouse, Luke manages your requests with ease.
